BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before you come in for your aesthetics treatment, it's important to take note of any vitamins, alternative medicines, homeopathic and herbal remedies you might be taking, in case there are any contraindications for the treatment you've chosen. If you're unsure about whether your treatment is right for you based on your medical history, please feel free to call in advance or speak to your GP.

Please note, it's especially important for us to know if you are taking any of the following:

Please avoid drinking alcohol for 24 hours prior to your treatment, as it has blood thinning properties that can make you more vulnerable to bruising and swelling after your treatment.

We also recommend you minimise the risk of any damage to your skin 48 hours before your aesthetic treatment, including UV exposure, sunbeds, fake tanning products and any skin peels. You should also stop any retinol or retinoid topical treatments for 72 hours prior to and aesthetics treatment.
